After having come through a challenging 2009 and the holidays into this glorious new year, I am THANKFUL, and am so looking forward to 2010.
On so many fronts spiritual, professional, personal, so many people have expressed their excitement for 2010. We have praised and prayed ourselves into 2010 with promise.
Keep praying saints; God has so much for us our cup will indeed run over.
Yoga practice and classes are extraordinary; we're stretching, binding and loosing poses, gathering in Christ name -Matthew 18:20; our evidence of Jesus' healing in our lives are sciatica's relieved, stressors dissipating, range of motion has increased (fr where there was little), less anger, more truth, more trust. We empty our minds from the world and focus on The Word and praise.
2010 is gonna be great with our growing practices. The Word and yoga. The Word is active....
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Thank you LORD for the classes, for all the saints participating.
We pray for continual healing, fellowship and growth.
Amen.
Next post, we gotta talk about the movie Avatar. To be honest with you; prior to seeing the movie last week, I was up for about 3 nights straight, praying all night. That week attending a homegoing of a dear family friend, a very convicted "seamless" man in Christ. After that I had some time and so I went to see Avatar. From praying all night, celebrating the life of a lovely man and seeing this movie (which is visually SPECTACULAR), and having three of the best yoga classes I've had in quite some time, I'm choosing to believe I'm living in the "kingdom of light"...that was such a visually "kingdom of light" movie.
Colossians 1:11-13
being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves.
Go see the movie, have fun in whatever your exercise is (try yoga if you haven't) and come back and we'll praise and chat.
Be Well Saints.
